Product Description

BPS, also known as 4,4'-Sulfonyldiphenol, contains two hydroxyl groups and one electron-withdrawing sulfone group in the molecule, so its acidity is stronger than other phenols. Used as flame retardant in plastics, rubber, textile, fiber and paper industries. Has Heat Resistance, Oxidation Resistance and Light Stability. This product can be used as a Synthetic Raw Material for Polycarbonate, Raw Material Of Epoxy Resin,Polymer Materials of Bisphenol S, Raw Material Solid Polycarbonate，Raw material Of Thermal Sensitive Material, etc., and can be used as an Intermediate for Dyes, drugs, Flame Retardants, Textile Auxiliaries, etc.As Organic Intermediate Bisphenol S, it is mainly used in the flame retardant of ABS, HIPS, Epoxy Resin, Phenolic Resin and Unsaturated Polyoxyester.
